Vineyard/Cellar Practices | Biodynamically Grown, Certified Sustainable, Low-Intervention/Natural Wine |
Angela Osborne is originally from New Zealand, now making wine in California. She specializes in one grape variety—grenache—and sources each wine from a single vineyard. The “Grace” in the name of her winery, A Tribute to Grace, is her grandmother, as well as the attribute of gracefulness. This rosé is drawn from the high-desert vineyard where Angela began in California: Santa Barbara Highlands. Foot-tread and macerated for 24 hours, it fermented slowly and aged on the lees in stainless steel before being bottled under the Sagittarius moon. Floral, effortless and pillow-soft on the palate, it offers a long, mouthwatering mineral core, high-toned acidity and delicate flavors of strawberries, under-ripe white peaches and Mirabelle plums complemented by a faint salinity. Biodynamically grown, low-intervention/natural wine.
