Founded in 2004 by siblings Enrico and Elena, BiancaVigna produces high-quality Prosecco using vineyards owned by their family since the early 1900s. Located in the renowned Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the property includes vines from three regions: Conegliano, San Pietro di Feletto, and Soligo. Enrico, the winemaker, is dedicated to expressing the unique qualities of each vineyard site in his wines. Elegant and refined, this Prosecco boasts notes of crisp apple and pear, white flowers, and is complemented by pleasant minerality and bright, refreshing acidity on the palate.
