Domaine de Bichery 'La Source' Champagne AOC Brut Nature 2017

Domaine de Bichery is situated in Neuville-sur-Seine within the Côte des Bar. There Raphaël and Hannah Piconnet organically farm six parcels of vines, producing their first vintage in 2015. The steep slopes were originally cultivated by Rapaël’s grandfather, and are planted with massale selections of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. ‘La Source’ is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from every plot, aged primarily in stainless steel. An expressive, terroir-driven champagne, it is clean, linear, and expressive on the palate displaying notes of fresh citrus fruit, brioche, and a mineral character.
