An Evening with Eminence Road Farm

We can wax poetic about the wonder that is Eminence Road Farm Winery but who better to speak to the project than Jennifer Clark herself, one of the proprietors of the estate. This week we are incredibly excited to welcome Jennifer as we pour through a selection of her wines that serve as evocative expressions of the best New York has to offer (even the NY Times agrees). Operating out of a barnyard nestled along the western edge of the Catskills, Jennifer and her partners source grapes from sustainably managed Finger Lakes vineyards and pride themselves on "bottling alive," crafting unfined and unfiltered wines with nothing added but neutral yeast and a minimal amount of sulfite. Each wine is delightfully cheeky, without sacrificing structure, showcasing skillful winemaking that allows for the grapes to speak their truth, unadulterated. We can't wait for you to find your new favorite.
