As the heat continues on full blast, so too does our desire to open enlivening wines meant to cool down & refresh.

Today (Friday, 7.12!), that quest leads us to Spain, Europe's third largest producer of wine and home to more vines than any other country on Earth.

We'll be pouring a super value, still xarel-lo, the latest vintage of our favorite godello and am impressive skin-contact wine born from intense slate soils.
