For cheering on the smallest victories, taming the biggest tantrums and embracing the million other silly, exhausting and totally inspiring moments that come along with caring for small humans,
dads—and dad-like figures, male mentors, cat dads et al—deserve a heck of a lot of credit.

And yet, when Father’s Day comes around (ahem, this Sunday), it seems nearly impossible to find a present that simultaneously says, “thanks for literally everything”; is functional (no, he doesn’t need a paper weight, it’s 2024); isn’t boring (because another necktie, really?); and surpasses all the typical male stereotypes (unless the guy you’re shopping for genuinely loves grilling, fishing and shaving, then by all means, you do you).

Luckily, we have a great idea: an expertly curated bottle of vino.

As usual, the shop is stocked with a diversity of selections sure to please the palates of any and all patriarchs in your life, and if you’d like one-on-one help finding a wine to suit someone’s specific taste or to pair with a special meal, we've got that, too.

But today (Friday, 6.14!) we’re sampling three delicious expressions we feel would serve you (and him) well.

A classy and complex, giftable Vouvray, a fun and funky, dad-joke ready skin-fermented pinot grigio, and a stellar, terroir-driven Oregon pinot noir will all be open.
