Artisan B-Sides!
~ the greatest grapes you've never heard ~

Some of our favorite songs have been B-sides! Elvis' "Hound Dog" (B-side to "Don't Be Cruel"), Bowie's "The Man Who Sold the World" (B-side to both "Space Oddity" and "Life on Mars?"), The Stones' "You Can't Always Get What You Want" (B-side to "Honkytonk Woman"), The Beatles' "Revolution" (B-side to "Hey Jude"), CCR's "Born on the Bayou" (B-side to "Proud Mary")... we could go on and on, but all this is making us thirsty!

Today we're bopping through Italy, Slovenia, and Georgia spinning (or rather, sipping!) our favorite unsung wines - all made from grape varietals that are quite a bit more "underground" than their continental counterparts.

We're also exploring the relationship between these indie grapes and some better known "A-side" varietals, for a fun and easy way to let your palate rock out to something new!
