A fiercely independent winemaker, Clotilde Davenne has built up her domaine in Chablis vineyard plot by vineyard plot and established a reputation for her line of wines on their own merits. For this crémant, she combines chardonnay (40%) and pinot noir (60%) grown on Kimmeridgian limestone soils. The wine ages sur lattes for 18 months before disgorgement with no dosage. If you’re looking for beautifully bright, classic crémant in a convenient half-bottle size, this is the one for you. Organically grown.
