Domaine Courbet 'Trousseau de la Vallée' Côtes du Jura AOC 2022

Domaine Courbet, a family-run estate since 1869 in the Jura region of France, has been practicing biodynamic farming since 2005. The winery focuses on minimal intervention in their winemaking. No chemicals are used in the vineyards, grapes are manually harvested, native yeasts are used exclusively, and minimal sulfur is added. Light, perfumed, and vibrant, this wine is fresh, lively, and supple on the palate, boasting red fruit flavors and hints of spice and earth. Organically grown, biodynamically grown, low-intervention/natural wine.
