Domaine de Souch, founded by Yvonne and Jean-René Hégoburu, is located in the Jurançon region of Southwestern France. Spanning roughly 7 hectares, the estate has been practicing biodynamic viticulture since 1994. Situated at an altitude of 300 meters, the vineyards benefit from a unique combination of clay and limestone soils. The 'Monplaisir' Jurançon Moelleux is made from Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng grapes, offering bright aromas with notes of exotic tropical fruits. On the palate, the wine is delightfully fruity and easy-drinking, yet complex and profound. Lovely as either an aperitif or dessert wine with a lightness of touch that sets it apart from many other sweet wines. Certified biodynamic, low-intervention/natural wine.
