FEW Spirits makes handcrafted, small-batch spirits in an old "chop-shop” down a back alley in Evanston, Illinois (the home of the Temperance Movement), with a bold, Chicago-style twist. It was actually their master distiller who overturned century-old Prohibition laws to become the first distillery within city limits. Their bourbon is distilled with timeless traditional techniques, utilizing a three-grain recipe that infuses Southern tradition with the spiciness of Northern rye and a touch of malt for smoothness.
