Navazos-Palazzi 'Vermut Rojo' Red Vermouth 750ml

Nicolas Palazzi founded PM Spirits out of a passion for cognac. He began by sourcing, aging, and blending unique casks in order to bring specialty cognac to the New York market. In the years since, PM Spirits has expanded its portfolio to include a variety of other spirits from both sides of the Atlantic. Sherry constitutes a recent project for the company: Nicolas teamed up with Eduardo Ojeda, winemaker at Valdespino and La Guita and co-owner of well-known sherry company Equipo Navazos, to find and bottle a line of truly fantastic sherries. This ‘Vermut Rojo’ derives from that collaboration, as it is made with Navazos oloroso. Subtly sweet, it incorporates the complexity of the various botanicals infused in the wine. Terrific by itself, either before or after dinner!
