Château de Plaisance 'Grand Lopin' Anjou AOC 2020

Chateau Plaisance is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, specifically in Anjou. The estate takes great care of its land; it is certified organic and practices biodynamic farming. Their goal is to produce wines that are highly expressive of terroir—pure, complex, and fresh. The "Grand Lopin" is a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Cabernet Franc. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast, then spend 11 months in concrete vats before bottling. Juicy and silky, the wine boasts vibrant red and black fruit flavors with just the perfect hint of spice. Certified organic, biodynamically grown, low-intervention/natural wine.
