The iconic California producer Ridge has been making exceptional wines since the 1960s, typically from single vineyards, and is revered for their mastery of the Zinfandel grape. Three Valleys is an exception in that the grapes are sourced from 10 vineyards across Sonoma County, bringing together the distinctive character of each site in this harmonious blend of Zinfandel, Carignane, Petite Sirah, and Mataro (Mourvedre). Hand harvested and fermented with native yeast. The wine spends 12 months in American oak barrels, most of which is neutral oak. Structured yet approachable with a luxurious mouthfeel, notes of blackberry and espresso waft from the glass while flavors of brambly raspberry, cocoa, and baking spice delight the palate.
