The producers at Destillerie Purkhart in Austria produce Rothman & Winter, reflecting the third generation to produce exceptional liqueurs of character and authenticity. Queen Charlotte and March violets are among the native wildflowers found in the Alps - these are macerated in grape brandy with cane sugar added for sweetness. There is no added vanilla or fruit, making the fragrance and taste a robust, pure violet. This can be used in classic cocktails such as the Aviation or Blue Moon, or combined with sparkling wine, water, or wheat beer.
