Scarpetta 'Frico' Frizzante Can 250ml

Inspired by their mutual passion for the Fruili region of Italy, Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and former French Laundry Chef Lachlan Patterson teamed up to create Scarpetta in 2007. They started with 50 cases of old vine fruilano produced to be served at their restaurant, Frasca, and slowly expanded to include other grapes and regions in Italy as demand increased. Frica Frizzante is inspired by a love of prosecco, northern Italy’s iconic sparkling wine. This refreshing bubbly is 50% trebbiano, 25% glera, and 25% chardonnay, bursting with notes of white flowers, fresh-picked green apple, and juicy pear - all in a convenient can that’s ready to enjoy anywhere, anytime!
