Focusing on smaller producers, we're collecting the best-value wines (many of them organic, biodynamic, natural/low-intervention), passionately made ciders and small-batch spirits we can find, interesting and delicious: from easy-drinking well-balanced reds for Tuesday night pizza, to naturally fermented skin-contact whites, to wild-foraged apple ciders, to our favorite small grower Champagnes, and everything in between. We hope you enjoy our selection as much as we enjoy curating it!
We've been sharing our love of wine, cider, spirits [and food!] with all of you in Beacon, the wider Hudson Valley and beyond since August 2006. Many of the staff have graduated from the Culinary Institute of America; collectively, we have worked in the wine and restaurant industry for decades.
Artisan Wine Shop is on Main Street, Beacon, 1 1/2 blocks from Route 9D, and just a few blocks from I-84. We are within walking distance to Dia:Beacon, the Metro-North Beacon train station, Long Dock Park and the Newburgh-Beacon ferry.
