General terms & conditions

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages. An adult signature is required to receive any shipments or deliveries of alcoholic beverages.

We offer refunds or exchanges for defective goods returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns of unopened non-defective goods.

For pickup orders, we will store your wine for you free of charge for up to three months. Unless you have contacted us to arrange further storage, if we have not been able to contact you and you have not picked up your wine after three months' time, your order will be considered picked up and no refunds will be issued.
