Smith & Cross Jamaica Rum

Smith & Cross Jamaica Rum contains only Wedderburn and Plummer pot still distillates, famous for their notes of exotic fruits and spice. It is bottled unfiltered to retain its full flavor. The mark of Smith & Cross traces its lineage back to 1788, to a sugar refinery on the London Docks, which over time became one of England’s prominent handlers of Jamaica Rum, with cellars along the River Thames. The Smith & Cross of today is descended from Smith & Tyers and White Cross, both of whom previously operated for generations side by side in the house of what is today Hayman Distillers. This is old school rum, offering up a complexity, richness, and depth that make it ideal for classic rum cocktails such as tiki drinks, punches, daiquiris or Mad Tais, but can also be enjoyed on its own.
