Tiberio Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC 2022

When Ricardo Tiberio discovered an impressive plot of vines located just outside of the small coastal town of Cugnoli, Italy, he had no idea he was setting his family up for future success in winemaking. Now run by his son and daughter, the winery continues to produce concentrated yet approachable wines from vines averaging 20 years of age. Hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast, and bottle aged for 3 months prior to release, this wine showcases vibrant notes of red cherry, blueberry, and dark florals. Smooth, approachable tannins make this full bodied wine a perfect partner for many dishes. Organically grown, sustainably grown, low-intervention/natural wine.
