Tozai ‘Snow Maiden’ is named in tribute to Hanako (“Flower Maiden”), the most famous Japanese koi fish that lived for an incredible 226 years in the icy snow melt at the base of Mt. Ontake. This nigori (unfiltered) sake displays luscious notes of honeydew melon, fresh apple, banana, and creamy rice. A full-bodied texture paired with an elegant dry finish makes it a wonderful partner with food.
